Welcome to BokehLutheran.

What is BokehLutheran?  The word Bokeh is a Japanese term for the subjective aesthetic quality of out-of-focus areas of a photographic image.  Lutheran is the lens through which this author sees the world.  BokehLutheran is a place where people can engage in focusing and reflecting on how faith, life, and culture intersect in our daily lives.

Who is BokehLutheran?  Dan Burris is a fourth year seminarian at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg.  Dan is preparing for rostered ministry in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  He enjoys  taking pictures, collecting vinyl records, and is a lifelong suffering Chicago Cubs fan.
